Ngapali Beach
The name itself is queer and mysterious. Nobody has yet known why it is called Ngapali. It is located on the Rakhine (Western) coast only 40 minutes by flight from Yangon. The beach is really beautiful with unspoiled setting, crystal and blue sea, snow-white sand and gradual slope. It scratches about five miles up to the St. Andrew Bay, where there is a lighthouse and a quay.
There is a nine-hole golf course close to the beach. Ngapali’s sunset against the western horizon is really breath-taking, nostalgic and welcoming. Ngapali beach is the last spot for recreation and relaxation when after you have several major tour sites in Myanmar.
Ngwe Saung beach
Ngawe Saung beach, located in the Ayeyarwaddy division, is a newly developed beach about 48km from Pathein. This unspoilt beach stretches 15km of with sand and crystal blue sea. Ngwe Saung (the silver beach) is one of the perfect diving paradises in Myanmar.
