Kawthaung Archipelago

Kwathung was formerly known as Victoria point and is filled with coastal attractions. Go sightseeing, visit hot springs, waterfalls, climb mountains and drop in at pagodas and monasteries. Sail around the Mergui Archipelago, and visit Rich Man Island (Tha htay kyun) and spend time and money at Andaman Club, and then visit Salong Island, inhabited by the rarely seen sea-diving people. Try local food – shrimps, prawns, fishes, and all sorts of the freshest seafood directly from the sea.
